The adapter’s configuration is best used for plumbing projects that require a transition from PEX tubing to fitting or valve with a female sweat connection. The product is used for both commercial and residential plumbing installations. The Male Sweat Adapter is composed of one PEX barbed end for use with PEX tubing and crimp rings and one male sweat end.
